Trainee Breakfast at Interbau-Blink
Team Spirit & Start of Training
Last Friday, we hosted our annual Trainee & Apprentice Breakfast. The idea behind it: to come together in a relaxed setting, encourage exchange among trainees, and at the same time give us the opportunity to warmly welcome our new trainee.

Together with our Managing Director, Mr. Olaf Mayer, we used the breakfast as an opportunity to provide valuable insights into our training programs as well as the structures and workflows of our company in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our trainees were able to ask questions, share their own experiences, and engage in informal conversations with each other.
A particular highlight was the welcome of our new trainee, Kerim, who has chosen to train as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering.
We are very pleased that he has joined us and wish him a successful start to his professional career at Interbau-Blink.

Moments like our Trainee Breakfast repeatedly highlight the importance of a strong sense of community. They provide opportunities for exchange, foster closeness between trainees, trainers, and management, and contribute to an open corporate culture.
